As part of a joint research collaboration between GENEPICA and YARSI university, led by Dr Ahmad Utomo, GENEPICA delivered a seminar and practical workshop at YARSI University focused on microbiome data analysis. The programme provided training for researchers and research assistants involved in the project, introducing approaches for analysing and interpreting microbiome datasets and supporting the development of practical bioinformatics skills. The activity formed part of GENEPICA’s wider commitment to strengthening local research capacity and supporting collaborative genomic and biomedical research in Indonesia.
