GENEPICA was invited to speak at a genetics conference organised with ST Bhinneka, discussing the growing role of genomics in midwifery and personalised medicine. The session introduced how advances in genetics and genomics can inform reproductive and maternal healthcare. While also highlighting the importance of equipping healthcare professionals with genomic knowledge, such as genetic counselling, prenatal genetic testing, patient education, and patient advocacy, as precision medicine becomes increasingly integrated into clinical practice.
