GENEPICA organised the Health x Climate Roundtable: Air Pollution in Jakarta, bringing together leaders and professionals from across the health and climate sectors, including medical doctors, cancer researchers, and representatives from health- and climate-focused organisations. The roundtable explored the intersection between environmental factors, particularly air pollution, and cancer, highlighting the importance of incorporating climate-informed perspectives into our understanding of complex health challenges. Through multidisciplinary discussion and knowledge exchange, the event aimed to encourage greater collaboration across healthcare, research, industry, and the climate sector in addressing the interconnected impacts of environmental change on human health.
